Ben Homer

Ben Homer, a distinguished financial executive with a stellar track record of guiding the financial strategies of privately held companies. Drawing from his wealth of experience, Ben assumes the role of a key architect, actively shaping budgets, projections, and analytics to propel growth while optimizing the bottom line. His career is marked by exceptional financial leadership, where he delves into KPI metrics, financial reporting, and cash management with a keen eye for detail.

Casey Nelton

Casey has a distinguished career spanning over 2 decades, deeply rooted in HR, with a keen emphasis on compliance, best practices, and organizational enhancement. A firm believer in the pivotal role of human resources, Casey is a vocal proponent of servant leadership in all settings. Among his esteemed credentials are an MBA (Human Resources) from Liberty University, a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies (Aviation Maintenance and Human Resources), certifications as an Industrial Radiographer Trainer from both Louisiana and Texas, a Six-Sigma Yellow Belt, and an FAA certification as an A&P Mechanic.

Global QHSE Manager

Susan Samaroo

Susan is a values-driven Chartered Quality Professional (CQI/ IRCA) with a proven pedigree in creating, implementing, and managing best-in-class Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems. She is a leader in governance and compliance who can coach, mentor, and empower the workforce to create a collaborative QHSE culture built on engagement that demonstrates excellence in risk management and sustainable business practice. Susan is currently employed as the Group Quality Manager for Precision NDT LLC where she overviews the implementation of ISO standards for Quality, Safety, and Environment and champions continuous improvement initiatives in over nine operating offices globally. Susan has been nominated for the Vice Chair of CQI- Caribbean Branch and is also a Volunteer on four other branches globally. In 2016, Susan served as an IRCA Lead Auditor for Lloyd’s Register on the above-mentioned standards for over seven years.

Global Director of Asset Integrity

Steve Masson

Steve has been in the Asset Integrity Industry for more than 25 years, he is originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, spent 12 years in Trinidad & Tobago and has been based in Houston, TX since 2018. Steve brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and provides mentorship and leadership to an expanding team of seasoned engineers, consultants and inspectors.

Steve and the Asset Integrity Team of experts bring next level value to our clients on a daily basis by providing them with the precise insights that empower accurate decision making – Steve’s primary focus in on helping clients to reduce risk, optimize cost, improve sustainability and ultimately maximize asset performance.

Director of Major Project & Turnarounds

Chris Joiner

In early 2022, Christopher became a key addition to the Precision Group, taking on the role of Director for the Major Projects and Turnaround (TAR) division. His primary objective is to advance the downstream services sector within the Refining and Petrochemical industry. Boasting over 27 years of consistent experience, Christopher brings with him a wealth of expertise from both domestic and international arenas, spanning across the spectrum of planning and executing Special Emphasis Projects, Run & Maintain Projects, Capital Projects, and TAR’s.

Guided by Christopher’s leadership, the division continues to be at the forefront of delivering project management solutions that prioritize safety, efficiency, and top-quality results. Furthermore, he spearheads the development of cutting-edge digital solutions aimed at ensuring flawless project delivery.
